St. Joseph’s College for Women always stands for quality education promoted solely through encouraging the members of faculty to up-skill pedagogic dynamics and domain expertise. This is implicitly or explicitly mandated by the global shifts and demands from higher education. It is also mandatory for members of faculty to present at least one paper, publish one article, and attend two seminars/ workshops/conferences at national/international levels. The college facilitate and support such activities, viewed as the key to excellence. Teachers and also students get firsthand experience in organizing conferences, seminars and workshops at regular intervals through the academic year
